Positivity is that I am starting to see more changes to be interactive and less judgmental of others. and to practice more grace and understanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my position in particular warrants the title of Manager as I do exactly what my other peers do, and their roles are management.
