Positive environment with decent benefits. Just wish we had more people to share the shifts and more opportunities to advance as we are in a hiring freeze.

Railroad Retirement instead of Social Security. Vacation that is approved and not denied based on manpower.

I enjoy seeing my to do list and load lists near completion throughout the day. I can see what I have accomplished.

The work/life balance for me is the best I have ever had. Time off requests are not denied and the schedule is nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need more staff. There are a lot of people with time off and we can't cover all the shifts needed for a 24/7 industry.

The specific team I am on works hard and we all pull our weight. When someone is absent the whole team pitches in to cover their accounts.
