Everyone in LOUP feels like we are in it together. Even if you aren't necessarily in the same work group or job function, you have the sense we are all working to get the job done.

Loup makes a point to always celebrate wins and success stories. The industry we are in makes it very easy to focus on negatives, so I am happy there is a point to highlight the positives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of them are not only committed to doing their job effectively but are personable as well. They communicate updates to me regularly on items that would likely be of interest to me or important to my role.

They truly act like they are part of the team, and you can see their contributions / work. When you ask for help or direction, they are more than willing to help. Brad Herrboldt and Creighton Reinhard are both great examples of great leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to offer their input or assistance if you have a problem. Many coworkers are fairly tenured and have a wealth of experience to pull from to answer odd questions here and there. Though we are all in finance, each of us handle nuanced customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing progress on the work I put in as well as utilizing tools I learned at work. I've recently taken classes at work to help me learn how to use SQL and Tableau. It is very rewarding to use them successfully and provide quality info to the customer and/or my management team.
