Thinking ahead, and having a plan in place.

That we care about each other and genuinely want each other to succeed. We are all going through the same situation.

What makes you most happy at work?

I feel most happy at work when I am able to help others, customer or co-workers. As well as learning and growing as an individual.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

From a work load perspective, Loup considers it a Manager II, on the railroad side its a Manager I. Heavy work load, no appreciation for the time invested.
