Overall experience is great at LOUP. I would say the biggest disadvantage LOUP has is being tied at the hip to UP. The culture at UP is not great but it is definitely better at LOUP than anywhere else. The work at LOUP is challenging and engaging. The ability to be creative is incredible.

I like that my manager is invested in my development and cares about me as a person. That makes a big difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at the marketplace and current inflation I believe UP is low based on what other companies are offering for similar jobs.

The culture on my team is the best at UP by a wide margin. Everyone enjoys working with one another and supports each other willingly. I did not know there could be a culture like this at UP.
