My service center manager is NEVER at work, if he does show up it is at the EARLIEST 7:40 A.M most if the time he is there at noon, most of the drivers that work at my wearhouse have never seen him, he does not interact with any of them. I could honestly go on about how bad thjs job is.

Most of my team is very friendly and funny, most of ys get along very well

I definitely feel unvauled, with my manager. But my other coworkers definitely make up for it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honestly we just need a whole new service center manager who has worked for a grounds company, someone who actually cares.
