What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I only wanted to see what the reviews were for this company. One should not have to write one to simply review.
It was a job an not extremely hard

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication and professionalism, many other things
The leadership needs to change. Ive managed a warehouse before and this isnt how it should be.
The company needs to sit down with people who actually know how a ground delivery service works instead of guessing and doing things that don't help the company. They need to understand that hiring managers from a freight company will not help a ground company. You need to actually train people.

The warehouse managers need ti be held accountable for their inappropriate actions.
Older men need to stop hitting on younger women constantly. DO. NOT WORK HERE
Stop using the company as a front
They pressured me to do things I was uncomfortable doing.
