It needs to get someone that actially knows how to lead and not just collect money off the workers.

Everything, better yet just close the business

Honestly we just need a whole new service center manager who has worked for a grounds company, someone who actually cares.

Training their employees when they're hired. Coming into work, in general. Understanding how a business, especially a ground delivery business, should run. Actively participate in the work environment instead of showing up whenever they please and watch everyone else struggle while they don't help.

No benefits and no reimbursement

To be paid fairly for the work i do.

Just being paid correctly for the deliveries that were completed! Management knows and will not correct it. He doesn't care!!

I definitely feel unvauled, with my manager. But my other coworkers definitely make up for it

I am undervalued because I am doing my service center Manager's workload along with mine. I am underpaid and still have not received my raise that I agreed to over a month ago. I would feel better if this company took their employees seriously instead of making them look like a joke.

Most of the drivers are hard workers like me. But we are very sick of the continuous foolishness.

The PPGS team sticks together and helps each other out

stealing, doing drugs on the job site, supervisors are a joke and the ones facilitating these actions specifically at the plano tx location

It was a job an not extremely hard

The leadership needs to change. Ive managed a warehouse before and this isnt how it should be.

The company needs to sit down with people who actually know how a ground delivery service works instead of guessing and doing things that don't help the company. They need to understand that hiring managers from a freight company will not help a ground company. You need to actually train people.

The warehouse managers need ti be held accountable for their inappropriate actions.

Older men need to stop hitting on younger women constantly. DO. NOT WORK HERE

The lady who interviewed was actually very nice

There wasn't one. I didn't interview at all. I didn't even speak to my manager until I was hired

hiring peole who actually care

The package handling/receiving from our hub. Packages are opened and products are stolen out of this packages upon arrival. You need security systems at all warehouses/expansion centers. Stop giving out slaps on the wrists for employees who continue to fail to do their job.

get new management that know what they are doing. and hire good working people but most of all do Radom Drug test
