They are very friendly and kind and will help you if you get confused
incredible growth, ownership is top-notch and you won't find a better group of people anywhere in Austin. I've worked at this company for just a few months and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Approachable executive management and other team members enhance learning and exposure across topics.
It needs to get someone that actially knows how to lead and not just collect money off the workers.
Everything, better yet just close the business
Honestly we just need a whole new service center manager who has worked for a grounds company, someone who actually cares.
Training their employees when they're hired. Coming into work, in general. Understanding how a business, especially a ground delivery business, should run. Actively participate in the work environment instead of showing up whenever they please and watch everyone else struggle while they don't help.
