UNPROFESSIONAL, it's a very highschool like environment. You have supervisors that avoid communicating with their employees, never pays for the exact amount of packages we deliver, expects us to do pickups for free even though their fontrsct pays them for the pickup. It's most certainly uncouth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be paid fairly for the work i do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership needs to change. Ive managed a warehouse before and this isnt how it should be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the drivers are hard workers like me. But we are very sick of the continuous foolishness.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It needs to get someone that actially knows how to lead and not just collect money off the workers.
