Good. The majority are approachable people. Still alot of room for improvement but you can see there was bad management decision made that has caused alot of frustration on current employees. As New Hire, I came in at a good time to help drive change but concern if change will be worth the efforts

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a new hire and role/job function has changed already without any title or pay change. I would feel better if my compensation would match my title and job function.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to have more Change Agents. While many people believe in the Company's MVV, employees' attitudes are very negative due to the many changes there have been in leadership. As a new hire, I was very unmotivated by my direct coworkers who unfortunately portray this negativity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
While I am excited to be at Next and be a Change Agent. It is tough being surrounded by bad apples. I remind myself daily why I joined, how I can make an Impact and truly be a change agent. I would like more coaching as to how I can continue doing this without burining out.
