What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Comunicating with drivers at all times. sometimes dispatches dont answer text or calls from drivers.

The majority of departments require new, true leadership that collaborate and respect employees, as opposed to ignoring and condescending them.

Work/life balance and not just rewarding people for staying late, but being able to prioritize and execute vision. Agreement on vision across multiple departments, especially product & operations.
