What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We have an open, familiar culture that manages to remain professional.
What do you like best about the leadership team? Our leadership demonstrates a great balance between oversight and being hands-off. They place trust in their employees and have an open culture of negotiating and communicating.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I would like more catered lunch but that's a small quibble. They provide snacks, we celebrate birthdays, and we are always encouraged to talk to execs about ideas and problems.
