There could be a tiny bit better communication co-worker to co-worker but I think overall we have a good team of tech people and logistics people who work well together to make a great app!

The company needs to have more Change Agents. While many people believe in the Company's MVV, employees' attitudes are very negative due to the many changes there have been in leadership. As a new hire, I was very unmotivated by my direct coworkers who unfortunately portray this negativity.
I would like more catered lunch but that's a small quibble. They provide snacks, we celebrate birthdays, and we are always encouraged to talk to execs about ideas and problems.

The company, product, and expectations all lack transparency and are often surrounded with misrepresentations. This can be improved through new, positive, and effective leadership.
While I am excited to be at Next and be a Change Agent. It is tough being surrounded by bad apples. I remind myself daily why I joined, how I can make an Impact and truly be a change agent. I would like more coaching as to how I can continue doing this without burining out.
Biggest issue right now is parking, but the space isn't really there right now for it to see marked improvement.
