What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Comunicating with drivers at all times. sometimes dispatches dont answer text or calls from drivers.
The majority of departments require new, true leadership that collaborate and respect employees, as opposed to ignoring and condescending them.
Work/life balance and not just rewarding people for staying late, but being able to prioritize and execute vision. Agreement on vision across multiple departments, especially product & operations.

Everyone is REALLY smart. And there are no egos. Really easy to get along with people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The majority of coworkers, though lost, are talented, thoughtful, and creative professionals that deserve better.
There could be a tiny bit better communication co-worker to co-worker but I think overall we have a good team of tech people and logistics people who work well together to make a great app!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership must be coached or replaced with professionals that can communicate, collaborate, and inspire others.
The company needs to have more Change Agents. While many people believe in the Company's MVV, employees' attitudes are very negative due to the many changes there have been in leadership. As a new hire, I was very unmotivated by my direct coworkers who unfortunately portray this negativity.
I would like more catered lunch but that's a small quibble. They provide snacks, we celebrate birthdays, and we are always encouraged to talk to execs about ideas and problems.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process allowed a prospective employee to ask questions and hear the perspectives of multiple stakeholders across company departments.

Constantly being pushed to be better and challenged, and feeling like I am making an impact in how this company is being shaped

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company, product, and expectations all lack transparency and are often surrounded with misrepresentations. This can be improved through new, positive, and effective leadership.
While I am excited to be at Next and be a Change Agent. It is tough being surrounded by bad apples. I remind myself daily why I joined, how I can make an Impact and truly be a change agent. I would like more coaching as to how I can continue doing this without burining out.
Biggest issue right now is parking, but the space isn't really there right now for it to see marked improvement.
