I am a new hire and role/job function has changed already without any title or pay change. I would feel better if my compensation would match my title and job function.
I feel that I am constantly training people without experience how to perform tasks that do their job in addition to accomplishing my own goals and trying to meet my own KPIs.
Standardization of salary across departments/teams. Visibility into what others at similar levels (aggregated and anonymous, of course) are being paid to benchmark current salary.
