NEXT is filled with incredibly smart and talented people who all want the best for themselves and the company, including a talented offshore team. Working with an offshore team creates challenges with work/life balance timewise, but people are respectful of boundaries.

It's overall positive, but there're some flaws within exec management that cast doubt over company goals and, most importantly, morale. IE: Bonus, perks, compensation for the work you actually contribute vs. what you were brought on to do. I have heard this a LOT about misleading role expectations.
