We communicate really well and push each other to be better. Our department has created a strong bond by actively engaging with each other over our work, career aspirations, or personal lives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been engaged by the leadership team since my first day at NEXT. I appreciate that I can go up to anyone on the leadership team and have an open conversation about NEXT, our culture, our vision, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is really friendly and jumps in to help each other out. Being a start up company and a logistics company is tough, but everyone on our team pitches in to help out and achieve common goals. We have had great success because of how much everyone cares about each other and the company.
