Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued at all
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Wish I got equity but other than that it is great
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Biggest issue right now is parking, but the space isn't really there right now for it to see marked improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and nice here! We have a company Slack that people use to talk to one another, and I feel comfortable talking to executives.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I would like more catered lunch but that's a small quibble. They provide snacks, we celebrate birthdays, and we are always encouraged to talk to execs about ideas and problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent about goals and expectations, and will help you to succeed in them. They are also invested in helping you do the work you're interested in developing professionally.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There could be a tiny bit better communication co-worker to co-worker but I think overall we have a good team of tech people and logistics people who work well together to make a great app!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my marketing department co-workers and we're all close! What I like most is that it is a mix of tech people and logistics people so I feel like the team is well equipped to answer the needs of our truckers.
