Be sure to ask your recruiter during your initial conversation to determine if the company's policy, and the role expectations, are a good fit for you. You can "drill down" more on the overtime expectations during your interview with the Hiring Manager, again to ensure the role expectations are suitable to you as an employee.

Know the difference between an Exempt role and a Nonexempt role in the United States.
Exempt employees are just that, exempt from the governances covered by the Federal FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), where Nonexempt status employees are protected by the FLSA. The primary difference between the classifications is how an individual is paid and whether the role is eligible for overtime.
