Honestly it seems they don't know their job or even how to funchtion each day. There is no consistency with the branches or the manager placed there in. You pretty much have to train yourself. The managers get away with retaliation and screaming in peoples faces. I have seen and witnessed it all.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consistency, actually caring for their employees. Having a sst training regimend for staff to where they are nit dependant on someone else to train them.
