However, constant need for implementation of products, programs, and production interfering programs, makes it hard for us to service customers as we are too busy working through programs and monitoring.

Upper Management seemed to be motivating and caring for their people. Training Program was second to none when I was there and it's what made Orkin number 1 in the industry. However, when they went from Liquid Termite Treatment to Bait and Targeted Liquid Treatment, sales became more difficult.

The manager and service manager needs to be more understanding to there employees and get out in the field when we need there help. Most of the time they sit in the office watching what we are doing

Management needs to think of their employees best interest. Managers work significantly less hours then their technicians. Management ask technicians to do extra work while they are home. Management can be rude.
