What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't have to see them often
Professionals doing what's right at every opportunity
They work hard to get jobs done even if we can't. We all feel the same after every job as if we worked extremely over worked and they try to help as much as possible. Communication skills is on point with the technicians except management.

We all work together as a team except the Management team. The managers at my branch show no real concern for us, except for money.

Learn to work with each other and not against each other… Cultural change is need
My co workers ramt about the high turnover amd terrible culture.
Be trustworthy with customers. Not act like the stereotypical used car salesman
have management quit screwing them over.
