Higher leadership seems pretty great but the branch level management seems like they care more about a number than the well being of the employees or the satisfaction of the customer.

The Branch Manager was on top of things, but i entered right when the structure of the Branches had changed to a Central Admin Dept. Took the Admin from the branches and started a cluster. No cell phones, no pagers, difficult to get through on the phone system at the time...

Do right by customers and employees

No care about their assigned staff

Paying us for what we do

Listening to needs of employees. Not walking away when employees are trying to talk about needs. Management not brushing employees off and telling them to talk to someone else for an answer. Having us do work that is not on the graph and things customers did not pay for.

Communication and understanding with employees

Fix the Fresno Regional Manager before they find less Toyota trucks working for them. Our only good thing is we don't see him often, but "$%#@" rolls downhill, so we all hear it and it effects working environment

Equality amongst the workers in the branch

Getting out and helping taking care of the customer's instead of sitting watching our gps. We got a service manager that tells the Branch manager what to do, amd never gets the opinions of the technicians.
