What did you like most about the interview process?
it was straightforward and almost as if they was just wanting someone to fill a spot. Not that they really cared about you. It was like they just needed a body.

Reasonable expectations under terms of contract
Have a manager who actually knows the industry doing the interview instead of a receptionist/sales agent.
