Minus the high pressure sales, It's a good friendly environment. I feel stuck under the glass ceiling with nowhere to go with my career. I feel like corporate and region only care about number and not employees. my coworkers and managers make it a decent place to work.

As for my future in the company; there is none. 0 raises and 0 advancement opportunity. Everything outward facing is very good. The company has a good brand and we are very professional.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all good guys who work hard. Some of them have really bought into the sales culture. The service and branch managers seem to actually care about us. It's region and corporate whos only thought is the bottom $.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't care about employees. It's a high pressure sales environment with toxic micro-management policies. No raises, sales commission was cut from 10% to 5%. No bonus. I got pathetic $25 gift card for 10 years of service. No advancement opportunity. payroll screws up consistently
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do 25-30k per month in production, but I am still paid hourly. I was given $0 off a huge sale I was supposed to be a part of, but was told my overtime would be sufficient. Holiday bonuses would be nice, annual reviews and raise opportunities. Insurance with a co-pay plan.
