I used to be able to manage my route and complete my days and still have time for my family. Each day brings more and more micro management to the point I’m always on the road working or on the phone trying to smooth over customers mad over changes made at the offi
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay scale doesn’t reflect actual hours committed to this job. I’m required to drive company vehicle sometimes 2 hours each way to a service and not being paid for my travel. Mandated breaks by law are not being given. Forced to work thru lunch but management takes lunch from us anyways on their
