The team is the reason I'm still here after 4 years. I work with some of the best humans who are exceptional at what they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and clear communication. While we're still getting better at the right way to be open since we've grown, anyone can approach leadership and they're happy to give feedback
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation was probably the biggest struggle in my time with outreach. We struggled for standardization in review and range of comp. We've made drastic improvements in the last year but there's more to be done here to remain competitive
