Learning and growing individually. Whether in product knowledge of what I sell, the marketplace, competitors, technical knowledge etc.

My team is consistently looking out for one another. They are some of the brightest individuals I have worked with and I learn from them daily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They exemplify and reiterate our core values daily. They are honest about our growth as a company which includes where we are, what we do well, what we need to improve, and what we need to do to get to where we want to go.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It sounds lame but it truly is a family. I am mostly hanging out with coworkers when I am outside of the office. Every time there is a new member on the team, they are welcomed with open arms.
