What I like best about my direct leadership and direct manager is the focus on empathy they have within my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to take off one Friday a month without the cost of PTO. Seriously to look forward to a 3 day weekend gets me out of the burnout rut.

Being able to just talk about real life. Yes, we bring work into the picture but nothing beats bonding with your coworkers over things you love and have in common
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants to succeed. Everyone sees the mission and they are treated fairly by Outreach therefore they care so much more about the mission as a whole. When we care about our employees we care about our company and it shows.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership shows up. When you need them they're there ready for a challenge ready to get dirty and ready to play. They would never ask someone to do something if they weren't ready to get down to the nitty gritty tasks too.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being here and being with my team. I get to see people every day and help solve their issues, give them a lending ear, or even just to be at work the office is in such a positive place and you always look forward to being here because someone is always here with a smile.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible PTO & Flex Fridays. This company believes in work hard play hard. Each month you get a Friday off in order to avoid burnout and it gives me a chance to do a quick getaway without the need to use my PTO and be gone for weeks at a time. Communicate, do your job, and the reward will pay off.
