I was nervous when I started here - but as the days have flown by, everyone is very uplifting, ready to help out and wants to see other team members thrive. Its a very inspiring space and one that I am happy and blessed to be a part of every day

No matter where you are - phone calls, video chats, team meetings - it is always inviting

After a few weeks of employment I was given an increase due to a market adjustment - very unexpected but pleasant

Accomplishing work every day - there is always someone to help and I love being able to help, even just one person each day

There are so many ways to get involved, take action and be heard - to come from a company that was not like that, it's very inspiring

They are transparent about the company, its goals, how we are getting to where we want/need to be and how we all play a part in that journey
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and we all have a productive mindset - no one wants to "just do the minimum" - we're all invested in doing 110% every day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are thoughtful about communications to the company's teams and I appreciate that they take the time to listen when we speak about what matters to us - not many places do that nowadays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love interacting with my coworkers - everyone has a passion for doing a great job, making everyone else's job better and helping out - it makes me want to do 100X more work
