What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the 401k and respective contribution matching benefit. I find that I'm incentivized to perform better in the present because I know Peloton is helping me out for my future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. I found it easy to support initiatives and goals when the leadership team provides a supportive narrative to better the community. Without this, it would be difficult to understand the need of tasks that appear unclear.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I find that I can interact with teammates with ease. Yes, there are times where our respective ideas conflict but that does not prevent us from being able to work together to a solution that will benefit the users.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel empowered and heard when I share my opinion. This provides an environment where I feel safe to highlight areas that need attention without the fear that I will be outcast or unheard based on what I said.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find that the company promotes a healthy working environment. The amount of clubs and employee resource groups that are available to employees, it feels like I'm back at school where I can always find a place to connect with people who share similar interests as I do that are outside of work.
