Being productive. Feeling like I have made impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite being 7k+ employees globally, we still manage to have that "start- up" vibe
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is hard working and constantly striving to do the RIGHT, BEST thing. It is refreshing to be around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The recent leveling exercise brought me down a level, and as a result I am not bonus eligible. I strongly feel that is very unfair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe that John Foley is one of the kindest, most earnest people I know. As well as Hisao, Tom & Yony. I cannot really comment on the rest of our leadership.
