Solving problems, pushing new initiative or technologies that will positively impact members, accomplishing goals with team members.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible equity options, didn't have to fight for fair compensation (made me feel like the company valued my experience), and the company pays a very fair portion of healthcare.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Exec team provides vision and supports team when/where needed. Very understanding to obstacles but also helps in providing the needed tools to plow past said obstacles. Clear and communicative about goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The employment process is very well vetted, allowing for high impact individuals to join on the team. Love the cooperation, accountability, and overall best in class mentality that the team has.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how thorough the were during the process, bringing in our department leadership to interview with you. It gave you a good understanding of the role and how it interacts with other internal customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is very open and cross-team functionality is very efficient. Many peers are willing to lean in and help out (in many cases without having to ask). My first hand experience has been that the company wants to take care of team members so we can take care of members.
