What did you like most about the interview process?
You have 5 rounds of interviews and meet a lot of people. Interviews are not in corporate form so you interview people back and understand what kind of people you will be working with in the future. This is a rare breed nowadays to see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hires go through 5 rounds of interviews so only the best with skill and culture fit gets in. That creates an atmosphere were people work as a team and get along even outside of work. This is something I like, because it doesn't feel like working here but more like solving problems we care about.
