Definitely the mix of the cultures and the acceptance of everyones cultures. I love that when we work, we work hard and when we play, we play hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In Pipedrive I have learned that it doesn't matter if you are a leader or an intern. Everyone is treated equally and this is what I like the most about my leaders- I can always have a conversation with them, feeling that I'm not below them.
