What does the leadership team need to get better at?

STOP MICROMANAGING. GET TRAINERS WHO ACTUALLY TRAIN AND KNOW THE MATERIAL.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I'm only paid $2 more than min. wage and I have 17 years of experience and a degree. I shouldn't be making any less than $24/hr.
