That i Get to be home where IM comfortable
Knowing that I provided a first class service to any customer I come in contact with. Well knowing the company will provide me with the proper tools to do my job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Execs should realize we're human too. Our lives have value, and Verint is a garbage way to look at productivity. They're scared because they know compensation isn't fair. They know not everyone can be paid like them, so why should they make enough to live? If we were real people we'd be execs.
