I don’t like the word culture due to bias. I enjoy the dynamics of the company when people can focus on

We partner well. I can only speak to my immediate team. The rest of the "team" does their own thing and rarely include us

We all support each other. This is important because as a whole, we don't feel like we are a part of the rest of the recruitment team

Filling reqs, meeting with candidates and learning about what they do and how it is applicable to business needs . Impacting lives not just PFPT's bottom line
