Proofpoint is definitely the highlight of my career - what I have learned here, how much I have grown here and how much I am valued by my team and upper management is just the most special mix that I could ask for.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They respect each other a lot and value everyone's opinion, none feels ignored or treated unfairly. None is mocked or ridiculed for asking any type of questions and everyone feels safe speaking up.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I have a positive impact on the people and the work I do. I solve problems and have a sense of accomplishment almost daily and that gives me purpose and thereby happiness!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very collaborative and it's fun to work with them. My coworkers are very kind and we care about each other deeply. They are smart and we all care about Proofpoint and want to see the company succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely compassionate people who care about the people, they are down to earth and very approachable. They remember so many names and people for a company this large and don't treat us as a cog in the wheel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and how they treat each other, everyone feels respected and valued. There is a safety, I know our company will try to avoid layoffs at any cost and that in the current economy and environment is the best thing you can ask for in a company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our execs are very approachable, transparent and honest. I trust them and know that they will do what they say. They are the most down to earth executive team I have met. They try to get to know everyone and care about the employees deeply which is very rare for a company our size.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems with the team! I love solving problems, it makes me so happy. I am visible and people care about me, my manager, our CEO. That makes me so motivated to never let them down and give me best to Proofpoint! I feel special and valued by my team and upper management.
