Working with our amazing customers and partners. Our people are quite amazing too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The weekly town halls with most of the leadership team present on most weeks is a clear indication on the commitment our team has to communicating with our people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture as expected is focused on the people. Ensuring we are not emailing on wellness days, ensuring we're represented by our EIGs and ensuring everyone has a voice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team meets weekly (virtual) as we are spread across 2 countries. My team is always willing to help and there is never a shortage of opinions. We learn off of each other.
