What is the best part about your compensation package?
Did we have a better year than ever, and did I achieve my annual goals? My annual incentives may exceed 100% of payout. Sharing some of those margins with employees is truly magnificent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse backgrounds and skills culminate into groups who have such a broad and wide viewpoint that we can address so many use cases for our clients. Creative folks who are constantly encouraged to innovate and question the status quo.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our DEI program brings great talent that would otherwise not be attracted to our company. Aggressively investing in new products and services. Promoting personal and professional development, and providing all the resources necessary to thrive in both areas.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving a riddle with the help of colleagues. Finding a new way to approach a use case. Inventing best practices. Training/learning with others. Achieving big wins with new sales or renewals to support our clients for the long term.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency - They host a weekly company-wide Town Hall meetings that cater to all time zones. The amount of monies are invested into R&D work to keep us ahead of the competition. Finally, so much focus towards Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Our accepting company culture starts at the top.
