Overall, this has been a good experience. The team is amazing. We all work well together and enjoy seeing one another when we do. I am also impressed (for the most part) with engaging other teams. Happy with the work life balance and the perks that Proofpoint provides

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team was amazing during Covid and minimized layoffs and made a difficult time manageable. Unlike other companies, PFPT continues to leverage some of the benefits that we found during covid (work from home, mental health days, etc).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We our paid below many peers. Recent cost of living increase did not even come close to what cost of living has increased to with recent inflation. The only thing that keeps me is my manager and great work environment.
