that fact that i work for a company like Proofpoint. being able to work in the office. or at home. being able to make a cup of coffee at work. having a great boss. co-workers who love to get the work done. having professionalism and positive attitudes. its a blessing to work here I'm so grateful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
our soc is paid lower than other socs . probably due to cost of living location but to be honest our gas currently at 5.56 per gallon while other soc locations are ranging about 4.19 per gallon yet we get paid half of what they get paid and we are doing the same work. but i love this job. thank you
