Overall I'm very happy at Proofpoint though I do feel that I'm somewhat pigeon-holed into my current role without a path to advance. I joined Proofpoint several years ago, and although I moved from Management to an IC role, I feel that I'm at the exact same level as when I started.

It was RSUs until we went private. Now I would say salary
