I started and then 6 months later covid hit and I was sent home to work so I did not even get a full year to get ramped up into this new company but even though it was a tough start with covid I am still here today and work from home full time. Managed to learn what I needed via remte w team

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help you if you have something you are not sure about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that we have regular town hall meetings with them. The communication is very good, we know what's going on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many different programs you can participate in such as the hack a thon. Plus there are many different programs that promote being included. No one is left out here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not having a set cap for PTO is a huge benefit. You can take what you need. On top of that they have 96 hours a year of sick time. Very hard to beat
