Its been a challenging 6 years with lots of meaningful miles stones and great people along the way. I do believe our technology and presence in the market has drastically grown, but the culture has also shifted and some work/life aspects have been going away which is a shame

The people and how friendly and helpful they are

Being able to accomplish goals and make candidates and business partners happy
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people that I know have my back and will be there for support. Excellent at what they do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all exceptional at their particular part of the business and I feel proud to work for Proofpoint when I see them talking to other businesses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I havent had a pay adjustment in 3 years despite being nominated as MVP in my team for bonus this year. Adjustments and conversations with my leader around the level I'm currently at would be great, not asking for significant but to match inflation
