By having Global presence and multiple business units gives us the edge over the competition. Since we are process driven company and its good to be but at the same time too much process force me to invest productive time which need to be invested on my core job area which is business development.
What makes you most happy at work?
Multi tasking, engagement with different type of the customers, work on different technologies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every body is open to help, they have good domain knowledge which helps to address the customer's need and expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As I am new to Rahi so don't have much to share and I do not see any compensation package available apart from Salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Knowledge transfer though weekly trainings, Weekly BBG session from HR, Having multiple business units gives us edge to cross sale and gives many ways to map the accounts. Celebrations and outings makes team stronger.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like the session "Q3 2021 International All-HANDS" which shows the effective way of commuting all the employees of achievements and growth plan we have. It feels, that we are a family and carrying common objectives and goals.
