Again, I feel that we have some lofty goals in our sights, but need to really formalize and standardize procedures and keep them in one unified location that everyone has access to. Right now it seems to be somewhat scattered.

It's adequate. Nothing to write home about.

Engaging. Everyone talks to one another.

Being able to make recommendations and suggestions that count and not lost in bureaucracy.

Very friendly, informal atmosphere. I can talk to anyone at any level and engage in discussion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are aggressively trying to grow and we have general goals to get there, but often this is not documented and officially made policy. There's a lot of tribal knowledge that needs to be formalized.
