I enjoy the push to tackle tasks and complete them. Rahi is and has been an agressive company, especially in the sales area. Sometimes it seems, though, that in the rush to complete a project, oversights cause unnecessary delays in finishing a project without some level of compromise.

War-like experience... trying to get ahead of the "gremlins" that would take down the efficiency of work, without becoming a casualty

Generally, there is good camaraderie up and down the chain of command

For the most part, they work hard to bring a project in on time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part, they are concerned about bringing in a project that is done well and meets client expectations

When there are no logistical problems - I can focus on the end game without having to double back on earlier work

I personally enjoy their response to employees. There is a sense of care not only to client's concerns, but the overall health of employees

Strong work ethic, culture doesn't essentially play a big role in the day-to-day experience of completing tasks. Generally, there is a positive sense of accomplishment
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since I am not an employee, it is really hard to respond! However, having been a previous employee, I thought the benefit package then to be very generous
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to tackle each day with focus on completing tasks well. Like everyone else, the roadblocks that frequently confront us daily are frustrating. It is truly difficult to pass on a task for lack of items or support that prevent us from completing the days efforts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is a hard question to answer. The talent being demonstrated is mixed. Some are tasked with things that maybe are not within their skill set. Some are too quick to complete a task, leading to mistakes or oversights. Overall, the talent pool is high, and I enjoy the comradery
